Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the terms outlined below.

The 14-day period starts on the day after you receive your order.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning or exchanging an item.
All returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
If an item is returned damaged or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original transaction (unless you request otherwise).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so within the same 14-day period.
Please note that customers are responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item.
